It has been gray and very cold in southern Italy for two days, but the rain missed the three sessions for 60 Mini for their timed runs. However the track was changing significantly and the classification adopted the procedure to minimize the deviations of the groups.
The fight was intense, as is usual with the youngest drivers and they needed to be on top in the final lap to hope to do well. Tommaso Tridici (TopKart / LKE) relentlessly dominated the group and claimed Pole. The Turkish driver Guven Ayhancan (TopKart / Parilla) took second position with the fastest time of the second group and the Austrian Simon Reicher (FA Kart / LKE), leader of the first group, was 3rd.
Among the well known fast drivers, Alex Machado (Birel / LKE) was in 8th place, Berklay Besler (TopKart / LKE) 16th, Callum Ilott (Lenzo / LKE) 18th ahead of Leonardo Lorandi (Tony Kart / LKE).
